Shipping

As a small business we do all the shipping and handling of orders ourself from our small warehouse based in Melbourne, Australia. Unfortunately, international deliveries can take between 10-28 business days as we must ship from Australia. We really appreciate your support and patience and we will always do our best to get your order to you ASAP!

All orders will have a processing time of 1-2 business days before being shipped. 

STRYDA is not responsible for incorrectly entered addresses. Please ensure your address is correct before checkout and please let us know as soon as possible if there is a mistake. Orders that have already been shipped will incur an extra shipping fee as we will need to recover and resend your order.

All shipping times are an estimate and will be updated via your tracking information with Australia Post. When your order is processed, you will receive a shipping information email with your tracking number and any relevant information. Please ensure your email address is correct at the time of checkout so you do not miss your delivery. 

All orders dispatched by STRYDA via Australia Post require a signature upon delivery. This ensures that your parcel reaches you securely and provides proof of delivery. 

Important Notes:

Signature Requirement: A recipient signature is mandatory at the time of delivery. If no one is available to sign, Australia Post will leave a card with instructions on how to collect your parcel from your local Post Office. 

Safe Drop Option: If you prefer not to sign for your parcel, you may request Australia Post to leave it in a safe place. However, please note that the sender will not be liable for any loss or theft if the parcel is left unattended. 

Delivery Attempts: If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, Australia Post will attempt delivery again. If delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts, your parcel will be held at your local Post Office for collection.
