As a small business we do all the shipping and handling of orders ourself from our small warehouse based in Melbourne, Australia. Unfortunately, international deliveries can take between 10-28 business days as we must ship from Australia. We really appreciate your support and patience and we will always do our best to get your order to you ASAP!
Orders placed before 12pm will be processed on the day. Please ensure your address is correct before checkout and please let us know as soon as possible if there is a mistake. Orders that have already been shipped will incur an extra shipping fee as we will need to recover the order and resend your order.
Please note due to the current impacts of COVID-19, there may be delays of an extra couple of days. This is factored into your expected delivery date and can be viewed when you track your order.
