I ordered these soles to help with my plantar fasciitis, and they’ve made a noticeable difference. The quality is excellent, and the support they provide has definitely reduced the pain in my foot. I’m really pleased with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone dealing with similar discomfort.

After ordering the wrong size initially because I didnt measure my foot, my feet were in pain after using for a few days and I asked for a refund. The owner Thien gave me a call and wanted to know why I wanted a refund and wanted to understand why It wasnt working for me. After a bit it was obvious it was the wrong size so Thien shipped me the correct size for free even though it was my fault. After the first few days my feet were still sore so I was doubtful but now the last two days my feet weren't sore at all the whole day at work. Pretty amazing stuff and exceptional customer service, now I'll keep ordering more pairs for the future!

STRYDA insoles have provided me all day comfort in nearly any shoe I need to wear. The "slim" insoles seem to be a little thinner and so they don't feel as "cushy" as the regular insoles, but are still better than the standard insoles my shoes come with. So happy I found STRYDA!

Fit into my workboots perfectly. Didn't take much getting used to. I worked in them for 8 hrs straight & apart from feeling a little bit stiff & flat with a few bumps where I wasn't used to feeling bumps, I loved them! Concrete floors are hard on your feet but these made my feet not hurt at end of day. Great value for money as my very expensive orthotics needed replacing & these have done the trick!

What can I say, I'm in love with my feet again. Have worn my Stryda insoles everyday and although there is slight uncomfort at first putting my shoes on it simply goes away and I'm wearing them all day with no pain that I had previously from long days on my feet. I've even done a overnight hike in my Stryda soles. Also custom service is excellent. I received an email asking how my purchase was going when I replied that it hadn't arrived yet I was contacted immediately and sent a new package which arrived with in days. Thank you Stryda.

I never write reviews. I was super skeptical as I have tried everything for my plantar fasciitis. I have had these for two days and I'm amazed how much they have already helped. The only thing I would say is that they are a little wide for some shoes. I will purchase the narrow ones next time.

So my dad purchased me a pair of the insoles as he was over me winging daily of my sore feet post having Ross river. Every day I was waking up with excruciating pain now I suffer from chronic pain in my feet. When dad told me about these insoles I was sceptical. Only thing that would help me was daily Panadol and nurofen. My pain was easily a 8 or 9 out of 10. I am on day three of having the insoles in my shoes and have noticed a massive difference already. Whilst I’m not completely pain free, it has definitely made a noticeable difference. My pain would be either a 3 or 4 out of ten now depending on my daily tasks. I am very happy with this product and hoping my pain just gets better with each day I continue to wear them.

I find these socks much easier to get on my crooked toes than others brands that I have tried!!

This is my second purchase from Stryda,the slim lines are the best as have tried both, fit all shoes and even my uggs .Love the cork ball can massage my feet while relaxing watching tv or reading

Since I've been wearing the insoles I have not suffered from any pain! They are truly incredible. Worth purchasing for big or small foot pain.
