2. Remove STRYDA™ Align Spacers when in bed or not active.
3. STRYDA™ Align Spacers are designed to be worn in flat heel shoes only. Do not wear in high heels, or shoes with a pointed or narrow toe box. We recommend pairing them with STRYDAFORCE Sneakers for best results!
