3. STRYDA™ Align Spacers are designed to be worn in flat heel shoes only. Do not wear in high heels, or shoes with a pointed or narrow toe box. We recommend pairing them with STRYDA shoes for best results!

Never had service this good ordering online

I started the journey looking for soles or shoes to help my feet, all I come across were shoes that would essentially disfigure or disable feet, designed for style and that is pretty much it. The same can be said about the so called experts. I did a heap of research and landed on these Stryda soles. After dealing with Thien and all the help and support he gave and the 30 day guarantee I decided to place an order for 3 soles and spacers.
Really looking forward to giving them a go and making my feet happy again.
I have never had customer service like it, especially from an online store.

Excellent toe spacers

Firstly, I like that these come in different sizes. Secondly, the distance between my first and second toe is wide, hence adding shims in the provided slots is crucial in getting the correct big toe alignment. There aren’t many toe spacer designs with this feature.

STRYDA Align Toe Spacers are crafted from a firmer medical-grade silicone to provide stronger alignment and support, making them better suited for more severe bunions or crooked toes.

Are they sold individually or as a pair?

Can I wear them with shoes on?

Yes! STRYDA Align Toe Spacers are designed to be comfortably worn inside shoes. We recommend pairing them with a wide toe box as they will not suit narrow toe box shoes. We don't recommend wearing narrow toe box shoes at all as this is the cause of bunions, crooked toes and foot pain!

For best results, wear STRYDA Align Toe Spacers during daily activities such as standing and walking.
