STRYDA™ Cork Ball Massager

Perfect size for rolling under the foot along the plantar area, the calves and back and shoulders. Lie on two of them lined up along your spine and ROLL. WOW! Great for the shoulders.
Density is great too - not soft and don't collapse like the ones off the cheap websites. And if you pick up you don't have to wait 3 months for delivery.
Also found it really difficult to find the right sized ball at the major obvious outlets. They were too big or constantly out of stock!

I had hoped the cork ball would be easier on my feet than a tennis ball but I actually prefer the tennis ball. I usually massage my feet after a long walk. I found the cork ball less effective than a tennis ball. I have also use an acupressure ball on my feet and that really helps provided I don't do it for too long.

The insoles, once I got used to them are excellent although they are tight inside my joggers, which are the only shoes I wear. I already buy extra wide sizes. I am hoping they will flatten a bit with more use.

I really like the Cork ball Massager. It's light & easy to use. It's much easier to use on my Mortons Neuroma & the Stryda Insoles are great & light.
