Zero Drop: STRYDA Aura Sneakers have no elevation in the heel to ensure your feet are in their neutral, flat position. Our zero drop design promotes better mechanics, strengthens your intrinsic and extrinsic muscles and reduces high impact shock to the knees and hips.

Yes! Our signature STRYDA Soles are seamlessly integrated into every shoe, custom-contoured to the anatomical structure of your foot and shoe for a refined, effortless fit.
Are your shoes suitable for foot pain?
Yes. Our shoes are designed to offload pressure and absorb shock. They’re particularly helpful for plantar fascia pain, arch pain, forefoot pain and general foot fatigue.
Can I wear these shoes for exercise?
Absolutely. They’re designed for everyday wear and athletic activity, including walking, running, sports and gym workouts.
When will pre-orders ship?

Are they true to size?
We provide detailed sizing charts for US, EU, and AUS sizes. They generally run true to size, but if you are between sizes we recommend sizing up for optimal comfort.
