My first week of wearing this shoes was so uncomfortable and painful. I kept telling myself just bare with it ignore the pain maybe later on will be better and it did! On my third week I felt different and started loving it. Now I can’t wear any other shoes than this except if there is Stryda insoles on my shoes. Thank you Stryda!
Over the years, I've been looking for a wide toe box shoe, that has a decent sole, unlike barefoot minimal shoes, and roomy enough to put in whatever insoles or orthodics whilst still looking classy. There is NOTHING on the market, yet many manufacturers have tried, they've never hit the nail on the head. Not until these shoes, I was lucky enough to be one of the first to have received them from the pre-order and let me tell you. They fit perfectly for my wide feet, they have high quality leather that need to be broken into for them to be a bit more comfortable and more importantly durable. I've put over 200k steps already in a short time on asphalt and no signs of breaking anywhere. And they become more comfortable as the leather breaks in. I use them with my orthodics, can't wait to try out the slim strydas insoles once I fix my nagging injury.
And more importantly on top of that, Tiens private customer service is unmatched in any business yet alone a professional podiatrist as himself. Reviewing them personally and looking for feedback. Just got these shoes and they are amazing would highly recommend. Takes a second to get use to but once you break them in they are a game changer, has really help my back pain and knee pain. 10/10
How are these so perfect for my feet that have struggled to fit almost every pair of shoes I’ve tried on? I have wider feet and they not only accommodate the width but they just fit the shape of my feet, I get what they mean now with ‘foot shaped’ shoes. It’s crazy no other shoes have ever thought of this! I can already feel my foot pain easing and I’ve suffered for years! Thank you STRYDA - these shoes are so well thought out and designed. I’ll be telling everyone I know. Please do more styles.
I’m hypermobile and have very firm custom orthotics. So I really appreciate the zero drop as it’s very stable! They fit my custom orthotics perfectly , there’s space for my toes to stabilise me, and the firm heel counter holds my heel well in the shoe. So glad to have found these shoes!
I’ll be getting them in other styles as they are released!
