I work in a very large hardware. You know the one. On my feet for hours at a time. Flooring is hard concrete. I've had plantar fasciitis many years ago. I've tried 3 different branded shoes, which were ok. Almost 1 year ago I tore my hamstring off the bone. After a rest period I was back at work on those hard concrete floors. I bought myself the black sneakers and insoles. After wearing them for 3 weeks now I can give my opinion.
Firstly they are so comfortable. I wore them with stryda insoles for the first 2 weeks. I still had pain so put my orthodics in them and now have less pain at the end of my shift.
They're not the prettiest shoes but at 53 years old I'm after comfort.
I’ve been wearing these with the cork orthotic insert every day for four weeks and I know I won’t go back to my old Asics. From the first step you feel cloud like comfort hugging your arch and after a long day when you take them off your feet don’t hurt and you feel good. Knowing they’re designed by an Aussie designer makes every pair feel even more special and I love supporting local talent.
The shoe is so lovely to wear, really comfortable and my toes are not squashed at all. The only thing that stopped me from giving 5 stars is that the insole keeps slipping throughout the day and I have to take my shoes off to adjust them.
Getting used to the shoe and getting more comfortable as time goes on.
Am confused about the whole purchasing the special insole separately as a couple of people I know bout them and received the insole with the bump with the shoe. So a bit disappointed there. Also a pity that the black ones seriously look like school shoes.
Overall will be a good shoe once broken in.
I've worn my white ones in - indoors and now working with my new black ones. So very happy with the service to get my fit just right. Thanks Thien! I am now looking at getting the toe socks in black and also the blue - some for hubby too! And also the nail cutters - since hubby would like a pair. :) Overall very happy with this Company!.
