I’m happy to report that these inner soles have saved my life.

I was living in more and more pain by the day over 2yrs it slowly got to the point that I had MRIs done to confirm the PF very likely from the bone spur that was not on the MRI I had done 3yrs earlier when dealing with arthritis pain and a floating 7mm bone shard attached to my ATFL which was also showing evidence of a recent tear.

3yrs later after a theme park tour of the USA I could barely walk at all without pain and went through multiple shoes thinking it was them - it kinda was narrow toed shoes - so I found Aussie designed workboots and casual shoes with wide toe boxes designed specifically for women by women by SheWear. They were a huge relief but the pain was still there in the mornings, hence the MRI and the discovery of something that had grown in under 3yrs.

As soon as I received the packagr I ripped my boots off pulled out the still very good quality lining and put my new inner soles into my nurtures workboots and put them back on. I actually sighed and kind of made a little orgasm noise which made the boys at work laugh. They were used to hearing me whinge and cry out in pain.

I wore them for the hour as directed and really did not want to take them out but followed the instructions and today is the 6th day and I can stand without pain without shoes on tiles after working in those work boots with the stryda lifesavers in them for 6hrs. I didn’t get to do much sitting today and my doctor has me on max 5min standing at a time and I didn’t even realise how much standing I did today.

I’m 100% SOLD. And sadly hubby needs the next size up but I bought two pairs for us to both try as he has 1 flat foot and one normal. I’ll have to get him a set too as soon as I can afford to do so because I feel bad that I have a product that is changing my life and he’s still struggling with shoes that either too high arched for the flat foot of no support for the normal foot.

These WILL change your life.

I’ll also be telling my doctor that I didn’t go to a podiatrist as he suggested to get orthotics made, but I spoke to this one and tried this amazing product he designed that WORKS.

I haven’t had anti inflammatory meds for over a week and I feel great

I’m in love. A great looking, feeling and fitting sneaker.
Sizing as expected, my usual size.
Worn with the stryda cork insoles- which are an add on purchase, highly recommended.
I now wear these sneakers at every opportunity as my feet, calves, hips and lower back feel great!
My foot health has greatly improved and the flow on effects to my whole body is impressive.

Terrific insoles. Adjusted to them very quickly, worn them in and walking so much better now. Couldn’t be happier (unless you have one for use with open toed sandals!)

I suffer from plantar fasciitis in my left foot. I've been trying to heal it for almost 12 months now. Went to the podiatrist, did the stretches, got better supporting shoes, supported my arches etc... and while all of that did lessen the pain, it never went away, and after a full day (let alone a full week) of work, my foot was horribly sore. I ummed and aaahed for months about getting these insoles, then finally took the plunge. I got my pair of stryda insoles and put them into my boots for work. I've only used them for 1.5 weeks, but the reduction in pain in my left foot has been absolutely remarkable so far. The pain's still there, but I can honestly say, each day it's getting less and less after just 1.5 weeks of wearing these insoles during work. I was so skeptical at first that these would help, but now I've just ordered another 2 pairs to put into my sneakers so I don't have to worry about swapping.

All I can say is if you've got foot pain and debating whether to get these, don't put it off any longer because these have helped me so much in such a short time already.

These are the best insoles tried many, spent lots of money, these are clear winners.
I feel best worn with no socks or thin socks.
And no your feet wont get cold or smell.

I have plantar fasciitis in one of my feet, I have been wearing a compression sock which helps but once purchasing my stryda insoles I can now enjoy the support I need to endure a day of walking around far more comfortably than before. I purchased three pairs and so far, love them. Worth the price.

Hairdresser of over 20 years and too many hours on my feet to count.. after a plantar fasciitis flare up HERE WE ARE 🙌🏽✨ I followed your steps and now 3 weeks in i’m wearing for my working hours no problem. I have every faith they’ll see me well throughout our Europe trip and the thousands of steps that will be!

These insoles are great - comfortable, not too hard, work perfectly with the shoes. I didn't even need to break them in but I am used to cork insoles as I wear Birkenstocks in summer. If you are used to a very cushioned insole you probably do need to slowly break them in. Would definitely buy more!
